It was originally named Shandong Luxintong Cable Technology Co., Ltd. and was renamed Shandong Luxintong Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. in September 2018. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, sales and service of special power optical cables.

The company currently has a plant area of ​​more than 20,000 square meters, a registered capital of 58 million yuan, more than 30 sets of advanced domestic and foreign production equipment and testing equipment, more than 30 production and technical personnel, and dozens of sales personnel. The company's leading products currently produced and sold are: special OPGW optical cables for power, OPPC optical cables, ADSS optical cables and supporting optical cable fittings, power fittings, etc., with a wide variety of varieties and complete specifications. All products are produced in accordance with national standards, industry standards and enterprise standards, and are deeply trusted and supported by customers. In recent years, the company's OPGW optical cable products have won bids for many times in the bidding projects of the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid. At present, the company has established a complete product sales network throughout the country, with more than 20 fixed customers, and its products are sold to more than 20 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country. Some products have been selected by key line projects of the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid.

To meet the specific needs of different customer operators, different power engineering application scenarios and changing domestic and foreign markets, the company decided to invest 350 million yuan from March 2023 to implement a three-year strategic plan. The new project "Annual production of 60,000 kilometers of OPGW optical cables and 100,000 kilometers of OPGW optical cable optical units" will be used to expand the new plant area and production scale. After the completion of the project, the production capacity will be greatly improved, and the operating income will reach more than 350 million yuan.
