Ⅰ. Product quality commitment
Our company's products are strictly inspected in accordance with national standards, industry standards and enterprise standards from design, production, testing to product packaging, transportation and after-sales service. 1. Raw material procurement
In order to ensure the quality of raw materials, all raw materials of our company are purchased from qualified suppliers. The raw materials entering the factory can only be put into storage after passing the inspection, ensuring that the qualified rate of storage reaches 100%. The main materials are preferentially purchased from high-quality products of national key and designated enterprises, and a layer-by-layer inspection and audit system is implemented.
2. Production
To ensure product quality, strict control is exercised over all aspects of production, and a quality tracking card system is implemented during the process. When quality problems occur in product quality, the team and individual can be traced back, and corrective and preventive measures can be taken in a timely manner to ensure that the qualified rate of products entering the next process reaches 100%.
3. Inspection
The company strictly controls the inspection of products to ensure that uninspected products are not put into use or shipped out of the factory. The inspection personnel of the Quality Inspection Department strictly control the process and finished products of the products in accordance with the technical terms, design drawings, relevant standards and quality requirements of the products, and issue corresponding inspection reports and related inspection records after passing the inspection.
4. Control of unqualified products
The company implements a three-inspection system (self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection) for the control of unqualified products to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process. And take effective corrective and preventive measures to eliminate actual and potential unqualified factors and prevent similar quality problems from occurring.
5. Packaging and transportation
Control the handling, packaging and delivery links that affect the quality of the product during the molding process to prevent the product from being damaged. After the final acceptance of the product, the product is packaged and protected according to the transportation method and relevant requirements of the signed contract to ensure that the product is transported to the customer's destination intact.
6. Product warranty period
The warranty period of our company's products is tentatively set at one year. The company guarantees to provide new products that meet relevant standards and meet the requirements of the bidding documents, tender documents and technical agreements.
